Current Teaching
I teach the Geospatial Data module for the MRes in Global Health. This introduces the concepts of Geographic Information Systems with practical examples in R and QGIS.
I do a small amount of undergraduate teaching on modelling of disease outbreaks.I've also created an online course on Spatial Statistics in R together with DataCamp, an interactive platform to learn R and data science.
