Research Overview

Tim is employed as a senior clinical lecturer in the medical school and as a consultant respiratory physician at University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay. His current research interests include analysis of integrated respiratory healthcare in Morecambe Bay along with clinical research activity in bronchiectasis and interstitial lung disease. He has a background in innate immune research and hopes to build translational research activity with academic colleagues at the university. Tim has teaching commitments across all years of the undergraduate medical curriculum and is co-director of Year 3.
