Annabelle Edwards
Research FellowResearch Overview
I am a cultural geographer interested in the relationship between health, place, and identity, and in developing theory and methods to help us interrogate and understand this relationship.
In my current research (funded by the Wellcome Trust), I am looking specifically at activities that are being prescribed to improve mental health and wellbeing, and am undertaking data-collection in 2024 and 2025.
My interest and expertise in understanding the relationalities of health underpins my teaching within Lancaster Medical School.
