CTI Music : Seminars and Workshops

Events in 1999 were:

• Technology for Teaching Music - a one-day conference for school teachers at Oundle School on Mon 27 September. You can view the presentation made on the day, Using the Internet to Enhance the Learning of Music, with all the links active.
• Teaching the Arts & Humanities with C&IT - a one-day seminar/workshop at the University of Durham on Wed 14 July. You can explore the resources presented during the day or view the pre-event information. This event was presented by CTI Textual Studies, CTI Music and CTI Art as a follow-up to Enhancing Learning and Teaching with C&IT on 7 July
• Sibelius Music Notation Software Day on 3 February 1999

• Open Day at the School of Creative Arts at the University of Brighton (held jointly with CTI Art and Design) on Wednesday 11 November
• CAL Awareness day with humanities CTI Centres, the PADS and LTDI at the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama in Glasgow on Wednesday 7 October 1998
• Seminar/workshop on Computer-based resources for Music. What's New? What's Useful? at the University of Ulster at Jordanstown on 13 May 1998 as part of CTI Northern Ireland
• Seminar/workshop on Software for Aural Training and Fundamental Theory at Northern College, Aberdeen on 25 February 1998
• Workshop/tutorial on Writing Academic Companions to CDs at University of Strathclyde (Jordanhill) on 3 February 1998

• Case Study presentation, Poster and software demonstrations in Stirling on 30 October 1997
• Poster and software demonstrations at the NetMuse Awareness day at the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama on 8 October 1997
