Technological matters
You will need the following, in order to run the WWW-based version
of the course efficiently:

Web browser, preferably Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher

Suitable broadband width (i.e. 256k). Please note, an audio version
is available for those institutions without the above bandwidth

Selected [downloadable] plug-ins - Macromedia Flash 5, Active X,
Windows Media player

TV/video player
-
Appropriate phonetic font (SILSophia IPA93)
The font is freely available to download from:

TV camera, video recorder, audio recorder and video- and audio-tapes
(if sessions are to be recorded for later analysis as part of the
investigation)
