Arrival and registration 25th September at the Scuola Grande di San Rocco
The conference will open at the Scuola Grande di San Rocco, in the heart
of Venice, at 2.30pm on Thursday the 25th September 2008.
Registration will take place in the Scuola between 1.00pm and 2.15pm.
You will see the registration desk in the main reception, and there will
be signs to direct you.
The Scuola is located only 10 minutes walk from Piazzale Roma (The Piazzale
Roma is the connection point between the road system and the car-less
streets of Venice, and is where the airport bus can drop you off)

Registration at the VIU San Servolo Campus 26th September
You will also be able to register on Friday the 26th September between
10.30am -11.00am, and 12.30pm - 1.30pm. We will have an information desk
so will be there to help you with any queries. The registration desk will
be sign posted.
Papers
The papers will be presented in the standard INCS format. At the conference, each speaker will present a 5-7 minute synopsis of their full paper, followed by extensive (average about 15 minutes) discussion of the paper with the audience, which should have pre-read the paper from the website. Papers will be available on the ‘papers section of this website in due course and all delegates will be issued with a password to allow access by the end of August.
Left Luggage at the Scuola Grande di San Rocco
There will be a secure left-luggage facility at the Scuola for those arriving who will not have time to check into their accommodation first.
