Minibus Service from Heathrow on 9 August

We guarantee seats on the minibuses only to those whose flights land in Heathrow on 9 August and who booked this service in advance by 1 August.

Our meeting point in Heathrow will be in the Arrival area in Terminal 1.

When you reach Terminal 1, go to the Ground floor and follow the signs 'Information'. Our representative (who will carry the sign 'Windsor QCCM') will meet you there 10-15 mins before the scheduled pick-up time. The location of the Information point is shown on the map (pdf file).

We also suggest Costa Coffee cafe in Terminal 1 as a convenient waiting place near the meeting point. Costa Coffee cafe is also shown on the map (pdf file). Our representative will be around there for most of the time between buses.

Please, use your time in Heathrow to have lunch or snack. Most probably, you will arrive too late for lunch in Cumberland Lodge.
