July graduation checklist 

Registration for our July graduation ceremonies has not yet opened. When you do register to attend, you can prepare for your ceremony by completing the steps in our graduation checklist.

Applicable to all:

• Book your gown ensuring you've chosen the correct hood for your degree type.
• Share any access / special requirements with the Graduation Team.
• Ensure you have cleared any outstanding debt with the university or we cannot permit you to graduate (includes tuition fees, college fees and accommodation fees).

If applicable, you should also:

• Plan your travel and accommodation 
• Book graduation photography
• Order gifts and merchandise

Please note there are two guaranteed guest tickets per student for the Great Hall should students register by the deadline.
