As part of Positive Change Week, the Pentland Centre are hosting a Staff Sustainability World Café event for staff sustainability group and committee members to come together to discuss staff sustainability initiatives at the university.

The Staff Sustainability World Café will be an interactive event designed to explore and share sustainability initiatives across faculties and the wider university. This event will foster knowledge exchange, collaboration, and engagement among staff working on sustainability-related projects.

The session will begin with a short introductory talk, followed by rotating group discussions around key sustainability topics at Lancaster University.

• Participants will join tables with different sustainability-related questions and engage in conversations, with facilitators noting key discussion points.
• After a set time, participants willswitch tables,bringing fresh perspectives to new discussions.
• The session will conclude with a summary of key takeaways, followed by an open networking plenary where attendees can connect and continue discussions.
• Light refreshments will be provided.
