An online event for anyone interested in studying History at university
In this online session, Professor William Pettigrew will deliver a mini lecture on ‘Freeing the Slave Trade’ and Dr Christopher Donaldson, to celebrate the 400th anniversary of American Thanksgiving, will deliver a mini lecture on ‘Thanksgiving and Un-Thanksgiving? The History and Heritage of America’s Divisive Holiday.’ You will also have the opportunity to find out what it’s like to study History at Lancaster University as well as ask questions to some of our current History undergraduate students.
