Prices & Invoicing

Our prices are competitive with other local settings and are invoiced monthly, in advance. 

Late collection after the morning session will be charged with an escalating fee to persistent offenders.

Session Prices

New prices from 27 August 2024 to 22 August 2025.

All prices listed are per session and are inclusive of food and snacks, per child.

There is a minimum booking of two sessions per week per child. Children booked in for full day care will be charged for two sessions only. No extra charge will be made for the break between the sessions.

Autumn 2024

  • 28 October until 22 November = 4 weeks
  • 25 November until 24 December = 4 weeks & 1 day

Spring 2025

  • 2 January until 31 January = 4 weeks & 2 days
  • 3 February until 28 February = 4 weeks
  • 3 March until 28 March = 4 weeks
  • 31 March until 2 May = 5 weeks

Summer 2025

  • 5 May until 30 May = 4 weeks
  • 2 June until 27 June = 4 weeks
  • 30 June until 1 August = 5 weeks
  • 4 August until 22 August = 3 weeks

    Are you a member of staff at the University? For this academic year, the University will continue to offer University staff with children in the Pre-School Centre the opportunity to participate in the childcare salary sacrifice scheme. Staff who are eligible to participate in the scheme have the potential to reduce their tax and National Insurance contributions.
