Welcome to Biosciences

A warm welcome to this offer holder event from the Heads of the two departments that administer our Biosciences degree programmes.

Congratulations on receiving your offer and a very warm welcome to the division of Biomedical and Life Sciences. Although we’re disappointed that we can’t meet you in person today, we hope this online offer holder event will provide you with what you need to know about studying at Lancaster.

10:30am	Welcome to Biosciences Dr Paul McKean (Head of Department for Biomedical and Life Sciences) and Professor Philip Barker (Director of Lancaster Environment Centre) introduce you to the division. Following on from this, you will hear from our students about their experiences of studying Biosciences at Lancaster and you'll have the opportunity to ask them any questions you have about student life. Dr Sue Broughton will then join us from the biosciences lab on campus with a live demonstration. Join us: Welcome to Biosciences
