The reference is to San Giacomo, sometimes called by Ruskin Jacopo, dell’ Orio (Nadali & Vianello (1999) Tav. 16). Compare the different spelling at the top of Notebook M2 p.5 and the striking out of Giacomo at the bottom of Notebook M2 p.5. At Works, 11.272 it is called Giacomo de Lorio. See Works, 9.43 on San Jacopo / Giacomo as an example, with San Giovanni in Bragora and the Carmini, of the earliest Venetian Gothic. See also Works, 11.380.
