See Works, 9.43 on San Giovanni in Bragora Nadali & Vianello (1999) Tav. 43/44), categorised with San Giacomo dell’ Orio, and the Carmini as examples of very early Venetian Gothic. Compare Notebook M p.207 where those churches, and St Andrea, are cited together. At Works, 11.387 it is described as 14th Century Gothic. The note at Notebook M2 p.32 on its building history, including the reference to Sansovino, is from Zanotto (1847) pp.176f.
