On Tuesday 27th September, Bowland Avenue South, located between the Chaplaincy Centre and the Security Lodge, will be closed for key maintenance works. The works will take place following a period of intensive traffic use on Bowland Avenue during the recent Underpass closure.

Bowland Avenue South will be closed from the evening of Monday 26^th September until the evening of Thursday 29^th. A vehicle bypass route will be available via Bowland Avenue East and Bowland Avenue North, with this route temporarily functioning as a two-way road during this period. Pedestrian routes will be available as normal across Bowland Avenue.

The road will return to normal use on Friday 30^th September following completion of the works on the evening of Thursday 29^th.
