M4B Ltd provide a combined CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and Marketing solution to help businesses generate more leads, convert them more efficiently and increase sales. They are Salesforce and Google partners, with specialisations in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Pardot Marketing Automation and Digital Marketing. This background in both Marketing and CRM allows them to provide sales performance optimisation solutions with one integrated strategy.

With the help of Lancaster University Internships, M4B was able to recruit and retain Leah, a Lancaster University graduate, in their Digital Marketing position first as an intern, and afterwards as a full-time employee. From the success of the first placement, the directors of M4B decided to expand their company again the year after and successfully recruited a second Lancaster University graduate, a digital marketing executive named Rebecca, to develop new marketing strategies and produce visually appealing artwork for clients.
