I am Paul Molyneux and I am the Employment and Recruitment Service manager, I have over 20 years experience of the recruitment industry from holding senior roles with the retail and online retail blue chips companies. During my time within the industry I have built strong relationships with businesses and employees from all sectors allowing them to develop and grow. On the behalf of myself and the service, we look very forward to working with you!
James France
My names is James and I joined the ERS team as a Recruitment Administrator in 2023. On a daily basis, I work with exceptional hiring managers and an outstanding array of candidates actively looking for work. My primary focus is to help candidates find their first part-time job.
Nick Morrice MREC CertRP
My name is Nick and I joined the ERS as Recruitment Assistant in 2019, following 4 years working within the Facilities division at Lancaster University. Working across the UK supporting HE students at a variety of institutions since 2006 has given me a nuanced understanding of the needs of the 21st century student as they shape their careers. My experience working in commercial HE roles has made me keenly aware of the demands on businesses that work with Universities. I look forward to helping you connect our student talent to your business and building that recruitment relationship with you.
