Hi, I’m Maria! I'm a third-year English Literature, Creative Writing and Practice student from Cartmel College. I’m from Hertfordshire, near London, but I've fallen in love with Lancaster and can’t wait to return.

This year, I’ve swapped university life for an adventure in the Netherlands, where I’m doing a work placement. You’ll find me wandering along the canals, cycling at sunrise and exploring as much of Europe as I can during my days off. I want nothing more than to be a published author, and I write short stories, novels and travel blogs in my spare time.
