NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements) and CDAs (Confidentiality Disclosure Agreements) are legally binding contracts used to protect intellectual property. The contract forbids the disclosure of information not in the public domain to third parties, preventing other businesses from gaining a competitive advantage through the knowledge of novel ideas or trade secrets.
