Pendle College Digital Timeline

Pendle graduates are invited to take a trip down memory lane. Make some discoveries with the new Pendle College timeline.

The timeline features key developments, events and people from across the college’s 47-year history; including origins and building developments, key social and sporting events, graduations and college staff.

There are over 100 entries on the timeline, which include text, image and video content plus links to further information.

The timeline was developed and created by a team of MSc Project Management students: Yining Ling, Alex Walker and Yuntao Wu. Content was gathered from a number of sources, including Pendle College and Lancaster University archives, current and former staff members.

Over 300 people, including 241 alumni, completed a survey about what Pendle means to them and this input helped to guide the timeline content prioritisation. Thank you to everyone who contributed.
