This is your union and there are many ways that you can get involved. Our strength as a union on campus is directly related to the support and involvement of individual members.

Join the Casework Team

You may find you want to help others in need of advice and guidance, in which case, you should become a Caseworker. This is an extremely rewarding area of work and you'd be joining a team of caseworkers here at Lancaster who support individual members. More details of how you can do this are given below:

Become a UCU Departmental Rep

You may be interested in becoming a departmental rep. We're currently looking to increase the number of departmental reps that we have across campus - so if you'd like more information, please contact our branch administrator Louise Banton.
