Box Office
Our Box Office is at the entrance to the Jack Hylton Music Rooms
- part of the Concerts and Nuffield Theatre complex at the North End of Lancaster
University. Opening times are 12 - 4pm Mon - Fri. See a map here
The Box Office moves to The Great Hall foyer 1 hour before each
performance.

Reservations
Reserved tickets must be collected and paid for within 3 days of
the performance. Tickets booked within that time will be held at The Box Office until 30
minutes before the show starts. After that time they may be resold.
Concession tickets
Are available for all performances for senior citizens, the
unwaged (on benefit), and children and students in full time education.
Patrons with disabilities (and their escort) are entitled to two
tickets for the price of one.
Please provide proof of status when booking Concession price
tickets.
Groups
For every 10 tickets you buy we'll give you an extra ticket free.
Special rates are also available for school parties - contact the Box Office for details.
Ticket refunds and exchanges
Refunds will not be made unless a performance has been cancelled.
Tickets can be exchanged up to 3 working days before a performance.
An administration charge of 50p will be made for this service.
Latecomers
Latecomers will not be admitted until there is a suitable break in the programme.
How to find us
The Nuffield Theatre is part of the Great Hall complex at
Lancaster University. The University is just off the A6 between Lancaster and Junction 33
of the M6. Follow the signs to the Great Hall. Visitors can park before 6pm at the end of
Rossendale Avenue. Car parking is free and unrestricted after 6pm. MAP
There are regular buses operating between Lancaster city centre
bus station and the University underpass. Contact Lancashire County Council Information

Patrons with disabilities
There are disabled parking spaces close to The Great Hall and a
ramp access via the main entrance to the venue. Please let our Box Office know if you have
any special requirements when you book.
Please note: While every effort is made to provide accurate
