Kim Snooks
Senior Research Associate - Design for Digital GoodResearch Overview
My research focuses on digital wellbeing for self-tracking technologies. Using Design Fiction and Speculative Design to explore how contextualised alternative data visualisations can enhance our wellbeing. As our lives are increasingly quantified, data has the potential to transform our wellbeing for the better, or for the worse. Design provides a unique perspective to examine the benefits and dangers of digital technology and data for our individual health and our individual wellbeing.
