On-site registration

We will formally start to welcome our conference guests at Changi Cove from 4 pm to 7 pm today. Visit our registration desk in the hotel lobby to receive your name badges and digital conference program

Can't make this evening, don't worry! We'll open the desk again from 8 am Monday

Informal Get-together

Join your fellow colleagues tonight for some informal drinks, a bite to eat, and introductions in the charming setting to the quaint Changi Village. We will take a walk to the village from Changi Cove (approx. 30 minutes) along the boardwalk. If you would rather take the bus or a taxi, we'll let you know our destination when you register.

We will depart Changi Cove at 7 pm from the lobby

Room availability at Changi Cove Hotel is limited, so please make sure that you secure your room as soon as possible. Please email your reservation enquiries directly to reservations@changicove.com, or book via the website www.changicove.com. Please enter the keyword "ICEI2016" in the comments field of the online form or mention it in your booking Email.

Many of you may wish to share their twin room with another participant. If that is the case, please drop an Email to icei2016@lancaster.ac.uk. We can help to establish contact between interested candidates.
