The reference is to a capital of the Church of Santo Stefano shown in Sheet No. 30 [n/a], whereabouts unknown, but see Notebook M pp.47L and 47, and the diagram at Gothic Book p.69L which is perhaps of the capital of a red shaft in Santo Stefano:
