Palazzo Venier Manfrin (Cannaregio 343, Nadali & Vianello (1999) Tav. 7) at bend near to the Palazzo Savorgnan in Cannaregio is not the building of Ruskin’s drawings on House Book 2 p.17L the windows of which are Gothic. It is possible he mistook the name. The building may possibly be (Cannaregio 321 Nadali & Vianello (1999) Tav. 7) opposite P. de le Guglie.
