Palazzo Erizzo (Cannaregio 2139, Nadali & Vianello (1999) Tav. 16). On Grand Canal near Campo de la Maddelena and Chiesa S.M. Maddalena (Nadali & Vianello (1999) Tav. 29). At Gothic Book p.58 this is defined as ‘A house below Ca d’ Oro on the same side of Canal - near turning into Canna Regio - called by the servants Pal. Errizzo’ The reference to Cannaregio is presumably to the Canale di Cannaregio rather that the sestiere. See Notebook M p.148; and Notebook M2 p.34 (where it is called Palazzo Erizzo at Santa Maria Maddalena Canal Grande. This is not the Palazzo Erizzo Nani Mocenigo, Ruskin’s House 34 at House Book 1 p.40.
