Ca’ Magno (S. Marco 4038, Nadali & Vianello (1999) Tav. 29). The ‘Teatro’ is the former Teatro Rossini: the name must have been changed to Teatro San Benedetto in Ruskin’s day. This palace is Ca’ Magno which has a canal façade on the Rio di San Luca and a street entrance with an ancient door in Campielo della Chiesa near S. Lucca. The Post office referred to above was Palazzo Grimani (S. Marco 4042, Nadali & Vianello (1999) Tav. 29).
