Ventral horn

As known as the anterior or motor root, it is the column at the ventral side of the spinal cord (i.e., situated toward the same side of the body as the stomach), and that carries descending efferent information via the corticospinal tracts to striated muscles or smooth and cardiac muscles as well as glands.
