There are only two abbreviations you may not have met before. They are:

The abbreviation for Spiritus Sanctus, 'The Holy Spirit'. This is usually SPS for spiritus, and SCS for sanctus.
The endings vary with the grammatical case, as usual.

In line 17 it appears in the ablative case, spiritu sancto, 'by the Holy Spirit'.
