RULES FOR J:

If one but not both of A or E is up, go up.
If both A and E are up, put the carry flag up (but stay down yourself)

RULES FOR K:

If neither A nor B nor the carry flag is up, stay down.
If neither A nor B is up but the carry flag is up, go up and take the carry flag down.
If one but not both of B or F is up, and the carry flag is down, go up.
If one but not both of B or F is up, and the carry flag is up, stay down and keep the carry flag up
If both of B and F are up, and the carry flag is down, stay down and put the carry flag up
If both of B or F are up, and the carry flag is up, go up and leave the carry flag up.

RULES FOR L:

If neither C nor G nor the carry flag is up, stay down.
If neither C nor G is up but the carry flag is up, go up and take the carry flag down.
If one but not both of C or G is up, and the carry flag is down, go up.
If one but not both of C or G is up, and the carry flag is up, stay down and put the carry flag up
If both of C or G are up, and the carry flag is down, stay down and put the carry flag up
If both of C or G are up, and the carry flag is up, go up and leave the carry flag up.

RULES FOR M:

If neither D nor H nor the carry flag is up, stay down.
If neither D nor H is up but the carry flag is up, go up and take the carry flag down.
If one but not both of D or H is up, and the carry flag is down, go up.
If one but not both of D or H is up, and the carry flag is up, stay down and put the carry flag up
If both of D or H are up, and the carry flag is down, stay down and put the carry flag up
If both of D or H are up, and the carry flag is up, go up and leave the carry flag up.
