Alpha Emeka
Project participant in Nigeria
Alpha Emeka was born in Nigeria in 1979 to Mr and Mrs Michael Ekke Emeka. In 1997, his essay won the First Prize in a Plateau State essay competition and enabled him to represent the State at the National Level. This sudden leap to limelight marked his entry into the literary world. In 1997, he published his first work of prose, titled The Carnival. His second novel Aunty Florence was published in March 2008. As a participant in the Radiophonics Project, he looks forward to working with the other participants toward making the project a success.
