About me

Hello, I am Martin.

I am a MRes student at STOR-i, a CDT based at Lancaster University.

I graduated from University of Southampton with a Mathematical Physics degree, where I focused on different aspects of physics and applied mathematics. In particular, I found great fascination in General Relativity and my BSc project was on Asymptotic Series.

My hobbies are strongly related to sports, I trained karate for 6 years, having a third brown belt, and I also competed professionally track and field for 5 years, where I achieved 49.3 on 400m and 53.5 on 400m hurdles at the age of 16. I also enjoy playing volleyball and chess.

About STOR-i
