Researched the literature on ion implantation and their spatial statistical distribution.
Performed statistical modelling and analysis in Python to extract optimal distribution parameters for 120Gb of Monte Carlo simulations.
Ensured technical report writing was completed accurately and comprehensively, for thorough, detailed scientific records.
Worked on the ion diffusion numerical solver.

Implemented and tested enhancement feature requests and removed software bugs.
Worked with Language Server Protocal for IntelliSense in the web code editor in NodeJS and collaboratively developed Docker code for the installation commands of the language server libraries.
