1] Although the UK was a part of the European Union. As an Indian, one could not visit the UK on a schengen visa. To visit the UK, they needed a UK visa, and they could not visit any other EU country on this visa.
2] People belonging to the commonwealth nations can vote in the UK elections. As an Indian, if they have a permanent address in the UK, and they are holding ANY valid visa of the UK, then they can vote in the general election of the UK.
3] In Indian universities, most of the subject’s assessment depends on some kind of closed book examinations. However, universities in the UK have a mixed assessment for most of the modules. Moreover, some modules are 100% assessed on coursework and assignments.

9] There is a lot of vegetarian food in the UK. According to The Vegan Society, 1.16% of UK people are vegan. Furthermore, they claimed that veganism and vegetarianism are growing dramatically across the UK.
