How to Register

Registration closes on Wed 25 April 2018, early fees apply until Wed 11 April 2018 extended until Fri 13 April 2018. To register, please go to the Lancaster University online payments system and then

  • Click on "Add to Basket" next to your chosen Registration type
  • Fill in a questionnaire, then click on "Next"
  • If you would like to register more participants, click on the "Back" button of your browser three times and repeat the above procedure
  • Once all the participants are included, click on "Proceed to Checkout"
  • The person making the payment will need to Login or Register as New Customer in the Lancaster University online payments system
  • Payments are accepted by Credit/Debit card (MasterCard, Visa, AMEX, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Maestro) or by Paypal Express

Fees

StochMod 2018 is planned as a not-for-profit event. Below is a list of registration fees (subject to availability).

Early registration fees until Wed 11 April 2018 extended until Fri 13 April 2018:

  • Regular: £300
  • Reduced: £180
  • One-day: £120
  • Dinner: £60

Late registration fees from Thu 12 April extended from Sat 14 April 2018 to Wed 25 April 2018:

  • Regular: £360
  • Reduced: £240
  • One-day: £150
  • Dinner: £90

Regular registration fee includes access to the 3-day technical programme, 3-day catering (coffee break, lunch, tea break), and social dinner.

Reduced registration fee includes the same as Regular registration fee, but is available only to members of the EURO WG on Stochastic modelling who are either full-time students or retired/emeritus professors (not employed elsewhere), and whose status can be verified on their institutional webpage.

One-day registration fee includes access to one of the days of the technical programme (either Wednesday, Thursday or Friday) and the corresponding catering (coffee break, lunch, tea break). One-day registration is not available to speakers of accepted abstracts.

Dinner registration fee includes social dinner, and is available to accompanying persons and to those with one-day registration.

Cancellations

Cancellation of Early registration is possible until Wed 18 April, with a fully refunded registration fee. Cancellation of Early registration from Thu 19 April and cancellation of Late registration are not possible and the registration fee will not be refunded.
