Research Overview

My primary research interest lies in understanding how autistic individuals acquire language. Some autistic people experience delayed language development, yet the causes of these delays are not yet understood. My work seeks to investigate how autistic children and adults learn new words, and to identify the most effective conditions for supporting their word learning.
