Faculty Grants and Funding

We can provide pots of funding to support staff and PhD students with activities in research, training, development, events and travel.

  • Staff Development Funding

    Funding is available for individuals or group-based activities such as training and development, consultancy and development meetings.

  • Research Impact Fund

    Grants of up to £5000 are now available to support academics in the generation, tracking and evidencing of impact, linked to excellent research.

  • Technical Staff Development Funding

    Staff Development funding is available to support applications from all Technical staff in FST for developmental activities including attendance at courses and conferences.
