Managing difficult situations is not easy. You might feel you want to share your experiences of dealing with difficult situations with other relatives and find out about their experiences. You can do this by posting something on the REACT Group.
Alternatively you might want to discuss your experiences with the REACT Supporter. They can listen to your experiences and help you think about which bits of REACT might be most helpful to go to next.
