bringe y.m off ye temples made with hands y.t they
ymselues might know they was ye temples of God
& neuer a preist had powr to open h his mouth
butt at last a Capt: said why woulde I not goe

and presently after there was a great fair to be
at
Sedbury, near Gervace Bensons where many young people
ʌcame to be hyred
and I went through the fair and spoke, and then went into
y:e steeple
house yard, and gote upp by a tree and spoke to y:e people largly, many
Professors and priests being theirre;
and to bring them off of their teachers
to Christ their teacher, and to come off, of their worshipps to worship
God in the spirit, and to come off, of their Churches to the Church in
God, and had no opposition,
but only one Cap: which said the steeplehouse
was the Church, which I told him y:t was a place of lime and stone and
wood, for the Church was in God as in 1 thess: 1. and i. and so after had
some few words hee passed away, and the truth came over ʌall
and many
were satisfied concerning it; and when I was passing away, one
priest said to y:e people; I was distracted; his mouth being stopped
by y:e power of God for opposing, y:t was onely his cover to y:e People
