Power for Nature envisions a world where Net Zero energy drives positive environmental change and empowers communities globally. We strive to be a catalyst for a Nature Positive Net Zero energy revolution, building a brighter, greener future for all. With ~75% of climate change causing greenhouse gases attributable to energy, it is critical we rapidly decarbonise supplies. In the race to net zero, there is a risk that the transition will cause unintended detrimental consequences for nature as renewables require significantly more land than conventional energy sources. However, whilst land use change is commonly associated with decline in nature, with effects over and above that of climate change, there is scope to locate, design and operate renewables in a way that delivers benefits to nature.
