Participant registration fees include:
- Access to all sessions and exhibitions.
- Welcome reception, coffee breaks, lunches, and the banquet.
Accompanying person registration fees include welcome reception and the banquet.
Cancellation policy
Please note that registration fees are non-refundable.
By registering for ULT2025, participants grant permission for their contact details to be used for official purposes. The organisers reserve the right to alter any arrangements for this conference, including the cancellation of the event, if unforeseen circumstances necessitate such action. The organisers accept no responsibility for any resulting costs or inconveniences to delegates, who are advised to arrange their own travel insurance.

Accommodation
Lancaster University has a limited number of on-campus rooms which we have reserved for participants that can be booked through the conference registration and accommodation links up until the early-bird deadline, 2nd June 2025.
Alternatively, there are many hotels and guest houses in the Lancaster area, including Lancaster House Hotel next to campus.
