Salaheldin is a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the Pentland Centre for Sustainability in Business. Holding a PhD in accounting from Universiti Teknologi Petronas in Malaysia. With over a decade of experience in teaching, training, and research, Salah has shone as a graduate assistant and accounting lecturer in both Egypt and Malaysia. His commitment to advancing knowledge is evidenced by his current involvement in the SeaBOS research project, a testament to his dedication to sustainable business practices.
Research Interests
Salah's research pursuits delve into the intricacies of integrated reporting, sustainability accounting, ESG disclosures, SDGs performance, and corporate governance. His keen exploration of these domains has culminated in multiple publications, notably in esteemed journals such as "Sustainability Accounting, Management, and Policy Journal" and sustainable development journal. Salah's passion for fostering transparency and accountability extends beyond academia, where he actively contributes to international conferences and collaborates on diverse research projects.
