I currently run the Department of Organization, Work and Technology's Research Seminar series involving a number of speakers from universities in the UK and beyond.

To date, I have secured over £1.5 million in funding from various funding sources including the Economic & Social Research Council (ESRC), Chartered Institutes of Management Accountants (CIMA), Personnel & Development (CIPD) and management (CMI), European Social Fund (ESF) and the Royal Society of Arts (RSA)
Profile
My research focuses on exploring how organizations understand, locate, develop and articulate value and the implications this has for the different stakeholders involved. My work explores how value is contested at the intersection between finance, accounting, people, firms and their various stakeholders.
