Wellbeing Workshop - Breaking the Procrastination-Perfectionism Loop

The Student Wellbeing Partnership Team is excited to announce our upcoming workshop: Breaking Free from the Procrastination-Perfectionism Loop

Date: Thursday 28 November 2024

Time: 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM

Location: Bowland North Seminar Room 21

Capacity: 18 spaces (first-come, first-served)

Workshop Benefits

Students will learn more about procrastination and perfectionism, and how this can impact both productivity and wellbeing. They will also have opportunity to reflect on their own experiences and learn some techniques for managing and reducing procrastination and perfectionism.
