In order to create a business that is values-based, it is important to start with yourself. This workshop aims to empower you personally, be a starting point for creating a values-based business that meets customer needs and desires in this new era.

We are living in a time where people are awakening to the importance of values for us all as human beings. This is having a knock-on effect on consumer choices, and the current trends show that values-driven businesses are growing quickly.

In order to create a business that is values-based, it is important to start with yourself. With this important focus in mind, and in response to requests, Work in Progress are delighted to invite you to join us in this 2 hour, in-person workshop to empower you personally, and as a starting point for creating a values-based business that meets customer needs and desires in this new era.

In this workshop, you will engage with coaching approaches to decide what is really important to you. You will identify your personal values, develop a personal ‘mission statement’ and learn how to live your values each day. You will learn the importance of differentiating your values and your goals as well as touching on what gets in the way of you living true to your values (the saboteurs or gremlins!)

This workshop will be led by Will Medd and material comes from Will’s co-authored book “Get Sorted” as well as YouTube video’s that offer further exploration of the activities.
