Associate Director of People, Culture and Inclusion
As part of her portfolio, Catherine leads the Organisational Development team. She is responsible for ensuring the development programmes and OD initiatives meet the identified needs and contribute to improving organisational effectiveness and the wellbeing of its members. She chairs the Staff Wellbeing Engagement group and is the project lead for the University’s values and its People and Culture Plan.
Organisational Developer
Jean is an Organisational Developer with a focus on Academic, Researcher and Leadership support. She is the Institutional lead for the Concordat for the Development of Researchers and the HR Excellence in Research award and an external HR EiR assessor. She is Programme Director for the Bonington Leadership Development Programme and currently on the Project Board for the Cross Institutional Prosper Project (to support the career aspirations of researchers) with Liverpool and Manchester.
Organisational Developer
Shelby is an Organisational Developer with extensive experience in the public sector before transitioning to the higher education (HE) sector. A qualified Level 7 coach with over a decade of coaching experience, and a passion for people development and fostering growth in individuals and teams. Experience spanning a wide range of areas, including talent development, environmental scanning, organisational change, design and development, with a strong commitment to driving meaningful change and empowering others.
Administrative Assistant
Mags provides administrative support to our Manager@Lancaster and Project Management@Lancaster development programmes as well as a range of workshops run by OD. She is also responsible for running our LinkedIn profile and answering any enquiries that come through. Mags has completed a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship and has won Apprentice of the year 2023 at the University and Lancaster and Morecambe College.
Apprentice Administrative Assistant
Georgina provides administrative support to our development programmes and workshops, whilst undertaking a Business Administration Apprenticeship.
