Team Clasp will cross the Atlantic to present their work in the US at CHI2016 and at ICSE2016, two world-leading conferences in Computer Human Interaction and Software Engineering respectively. We are super excited about showcasing Snap to an International audience for the first time at CHI2016, which is held in San Jose’, California this year. Snap is a customisable smart wearable that captures anxiety interactions and was developed in partnership with Autism Initiatives. The video above gives a sneak preview of what Snap is about. We will then move to Austin, Texas, for ICSE2016 where we will be discussing with top software engineers the thorny issue of how human values such as wealth, power, but also equality and responsibility drive decisions in software development processes and affect the ‘code’.
