Dr Raquel Coelho Simoes
Lecturer in MathematicsResearch Overview
My research interests lie in the areas of representation theory, homological algebra and algebraic combinatorics. Currently, my main focus is on studying representation theory via geometric and combinatorial methods and understanding the homological properties of Calabi-Yau triangulated categories, particularly transferring powerful ideas from cluster-tilting theory to the theory of stable module categories studied in modular representation theory.
