The event will be held using the platform Kaltura, which can be accessed through your internet browser. It works better from a computer than an ipad.

We are delighted to invite you to the inaugural event of the Business Education Scholarship & Teaching (BEST) network!

The BEST network comprises seven UK Business Schools (Adam Smith Business School, Alliance Manchester Business School, Birmingham Business School, King’s Business School, Lancaster University Management School, University of Liverpool Management School, and Warwick Business School) and exists to provide opportunities for faculty engaged in the Scholarship of Teaching & Learning (SoTL) for collaboration and output dissemination.

This online event will provide the opportunity to meet colleagues with similar SoTL interests. The event will be conversational in style and focus on four topics:

• Engaging Student Learning (including problem-based learning, team-based learning, gamification etc)
• Assessment
• Module and Course Design (including student input via design-led thinking, co-creation etc)
• Student Wellbeing

You’ll have the option to choose two of these four interesting topics to discuss.
